Feature Friday: Dr. Rebekah Aldridge
“My life’s purpose is to facilitate the realization of who God has designed you to be. Help you find yourself underneath the sickness and limiting beliefs.
The journey that led me here started with the early termination of my collegiate running career. Stricken with Hashimotos and various infections, it became impossible to run. Completely devastated, a chiropractor gave me hope that my body can and will heal.
Devastation turned into INSPIRATION and I started chiropractic school at Logan University nine months later”.
After a year into school I discovered Bio-Geometric Integration. After a few seminars with in-depth adjusting, I found that my thought processes became more positive, hormones more stable, and destructive habits broken.– Dr. Rebekah Aldridge, Chiropractor.
Determined to bring these concepts to those in need, I have taken 120 hours of BGI seminars and 6 months of training with a world-renowned BGI teacher, Dr. Katina V Manning DC.
I am ready to serve and facilitate the realization of who God has designed you to be.

Here’s the Rest of the Interview:
What made you want to start ALDRIDGE CHIROPRACTIC?
Deep desire to serve the community that is in alignment with what I know to be right and true.
What excites you the most about your work?
What is your biggest challenge?
Returning phone calls.
Tell us about your family.
I am newly married to an absolutely amazing man who will be joining the office after August 2020. We met in chiropractic school car pooling to a seminar in Wisconsin. I saw his bible in the car and we started talking about faith and chiropractic, missed a few exits adding about 2 hours to total drive time… the rest is history I suppose.
My entire family is in Missouri. My mother is a nurse and my step dad works for New Hope Fellowship Assemblies of God church in High Ridge. My father recently passed away in January 2019. I have 3 step sisters through my step dad, 3 half brothers through my dad, 1 half sister through my dad, and 1 full brother with my mom and dad, I am the baby of the family. My husband has 5 sisters and his mother and father live in West Virginia. I have a dog child named Lacey, she is a rescue and her one year anniversary with me was the day my husband and I got married. She is absolutely precious.
If you could pick anything, what would your super power be?
Super power similar to Dr. Strange… that would be really fun.
How do you find harmony or balance between being a mom and a business owner?
I’m just a dog mom so it’s not that hard. Just let the little pup out to go potty in between patients and sometimes bring her to the office if it’s storming.
What one piece of advice do you have for a mom that needs your service?
Trust yourself. Sit quietly, take a deep breath, and listen. Even if it is just for 10 seconds. What you need will be revealed.
