Feature Friday: April Apponozio with Midwest Thermography Solutions
I sat down to do a promo video with April for our MOMempowerment Expo and I was blown away with what I learned about Thermography.
What is Thermography you ask?
Thermography is a digital thermal image that shows your blood flow patterns. Blood flow patterns are like a unique finger print and they remain constant throughout our life. So when something is wrong…like you have a sinus infection, a breast tumor or kidney disease, your blood flow pattern will change and the issue can be seen on the thermal image.
(I mean seriously, isn’t that cool!)
So you might visit Midwest Thermography Solutions for a…
- Routine scan, like an annual physical to do a check up – a popular replacement for a mammogram
- If you are undergoing treatment for something and want to see the progress (like radiation or chemotherapy)
- If you are having a health issue, low energy or poor immune response and haven’t been able to figure out why
But the part that really amazed me was that a thermal image can show what is going on BEFORE symptoms may arise. A tumor is forming for YEARS before it may be noticed or cause other health issues, but it had a blood supply that whole time and could be detected by Thermography!
